Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.
The return address is set by default to our Printful facility.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). You're an adult and we wish we could say that we believe in you, but we can't cuz people are dumb, so the best we got is, Good Luck!
Dryrot Junkies Co. does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons. Absolutely NO RETURNS HERE with the exception of item defects. Yes, This means NO to you as well, Karen!
It is best that you contact Dryrot Junkies Co. before trying to return any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Trust us, we get it but we especially have spent more money on worse things then an awesome shirt or a pair of socks that you could gift to a friend, we know it sucks but chances are you'll do it again. You sorta like it, don't lie. Returns for products, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at the customers expense and the companies discretion. If we choose to accept returns or offer size exchanges, you would need to place a new order with the same product in the correct size with the appropriate coupon code that we give you.
